We ship orders out within a few business days.

After the express package is sent out, please wait for another 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive.

We offer free standard shipping services for orders over $60, and customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.

YOCHILLX cannot cancel your order when the package is already on its wayto you.

Unreasonable CANCEL REQUEST or REFUND will not be granted by YOCHILLX after 24 hours after the purchase is made.

If customers put a wrong address, YOCHILLX can reship the package again, as long as, the right address is located in the same country. YOCHILLX cannot do reshipping to a different country.

Customers need to pay an extra cost of $12 – applied when the package is failed to deliver and the customer wants the shipping courier to deliver it again from the nearest warehouse to their address.
